MENU FOR PIZZA DELIVERY - FRIDAY 7th AUGUST & SATURDAY 8th AUGUST this week coming)

BOOKING ESSENTIAL DUE TO POPULARITY!

Pitlochry area only. For out with Pitlochry please meet at Ballinluig Lorry Park, Garry Bridge Car Park, Clunie Power Station tunnel.

5pm - 8pm every 20 mins. 5pm, 5.20pm, 5.40pm etc.) Please choose your time slot. Payment via bank transfer.

Delivery person will ring door bell and leave pizzas on the doorstep - no social contact. If meeting at Ballinluig or Garry Bridge - Pizzas will be placed in the boot of your car.

Margherita - fresh tomato, mozzarella, fresh homegrown basil

Pepperoni - what it says on the tin!

Hawaiian - my own roasted ham and fresh pineapple

Vegetable - spinach, mushrooms, peppers, sweet corn, red onion

The Veg Garden - Fior di Late mozzarella, homegrown courgettes, tenderstem broccoli, mangetout, green beans, peas, rainbow chard, finished with hyssop oil.

Beet the Goat - Beetroot, goats cheese, balsamic braised red onion, fresh bronze fennel fronds.

Tattie Boggle - Homegrown Inca Bella Potatoes, smoked Scottish mozzarella, fresh rosemary & lemon thyme finished with roasted garlic oil.

The Forager - Perthshire Chanterelle mushrooms, @kedar_cheese smoked mozzarella, homegrown garlic chives. (This is subject to me being able to find enough chanterelle - if choosing this - please also choose a back-up!)

The Cheeky Pincher - North Uist Crab claw meat mixed with ginger, chilli, garlic & fresh coriander.

Goose-Gog-Mack - Smoked Arbroath Mackerel, pickled gooseberries, fresh dill.

The Smokey Rainbow - Homegrown rainbow chard, smoked Scottish mozzarella from @kedar_cheese, chilli venison chorizo from @greatglencharcuterie

Moo with the Blues - slow cooked ox cheek in red wine, Strathdon Blue cheese, balsamic braised red onion.

Pished Pig! - pulled pork in a beer BBQ sauce, roasted red peppers, fresh rocket.

Firecracker Pigeon - Perthshire pigeon breast marinated in hot buffalo sauce, piquillo peppers, fresh green chilli, fresh rocket.
